Greco EX800 Explorer 1978
The Greco EX800 Explorer/Destroyer
Highly collectible, Japanese-made "lawsuit-era" electric guitar that replicates the iconic 1958 Gibson Explorer. MIJ -Fujigen factory, it is historically identical in construction to the famous Ibanez Destroyer (Model 2459) used by Eddie Van Halen on the debut Van Halen I album.
Original pickups have been replaced by a pair of PAF clones (we assume they are clones) - possibly a Shed HA-59 PAF Set.
A number of light marks and knocks, very little fret wear.
Non original hard case.
