The Eastman T186MX Goldburst is a  16" thinline electric guitar known for blending traditional hand-carved lutherie with high-performance modern components.

Unlike standard semi-hollow guitars that have a heavy center block running down the full length of the body, the T186MX features a small bridge block directly beneath the bridge and tailpiece. This unique construction makes the instrument exceptionally lightweight (typically around 6.3 lbs / 2.8 kg) and gives it a highly resonant, acoustic voicing reminiscent of a full-bodied archtop, while retaining excellent feedback control.
